Shipping policy

What is the processing time for an order?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday.  General processing time is 2-4 days (excluding weekends).  Shipping time will vary based on destination of order.  We try our best to get orders out in a timely manner. Please allow us time to prepare, package and ship.  It is generally 1-2 of us working on orders at this time.

At Haus&Hearth all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used products cannot be returned or refunded with the exception of certain home decor items. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Haus&Hearth within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

NOTE: Please read product care instructions carefully.  Haus&Hearth is not liable to any mishaps due to improper use of products purchased from us.
