Where do I pick-up for local orders?

All orders will be available for pick-up from The Foundry Co-Op in Old Town Clovis! 516 5th St, Clovis, CA 93612. 

Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm

What is the processing time for an order?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday.  General processing time is 2-4 days (excluding weekends).  Shipping time will vary based on destination of order.  We try our best to get orders out in a timely manner. Please allow us time to prepare, package and ship.  It is generally 1-2 of us working on orders at this time.

I have questions.  How do I get answers?

You're here! That's the first step.  This page will be updated frequently as we manage the ebbs and flows of business. If you can't find the answer here, please use our CONTACT PAGE to submit an inquiry.  We will do our best to respond within 24 - 48 hours. 

Help! I don't know how to use my product.  Where can I go?

What's your return policy?

At Haus & Hearth, each item is thoughtfully crafted with care and intention. Due to the small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your happiness means the world to us—and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bohoxmomo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review your request and work with you to find a solution, whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please Note:
  • All sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are final sale.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or altered.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
