Refund policy
At Haus&Hearth all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used products cannot be returned or refunded with the exception of certain home decor items. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Haus&Hearth within 7 days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
NOTE: We are unable to cover any return shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
